How it works

Before you book

  • Free cancellation up to 24 h before, full refund.
  • Between 6 h and the session, 50% comes back.
  • 2 moves per booking, up to 6 h before.
  • Not showing up without cancelling counts the session.

Questions before booking

What if the internet drops during the session?
Come back through the same link and the session goes on. If a lot of time is lost, write to the teacher afterwards.
Is the session recorded?
No, unless you both agree at the start. Recordings are deleted after 30 days.
Do I need an app?
No. The room runs in the browser on a phone or a computer.
